We are excited to announce A Night Amongst the OP Stars, a student emceed event celebrating Operation Progress Scholars' artistic work and showcasing the final products of two programs from Spring semester.

One, an anthology of Scholar-authored stories, titled Our Way to Victory: The Journey to Success, from the Phabb5 writing program, Student Author services provided by Publishing Hope and Branding A+ Behavior (PHABB 5), and after-school writing intervention book publishing program operating in Watts, California, and the other a songwriting program taught by Ryan Aceto and Nick Goldston from Ammo Management which over the course of 10-weeks, Scholars learn about music theory, arrangements, production and recording and end with a professionally produced song written by the Scholars themselves.

On stage, with Scholars hosting, excerpts from Our Way to Victory will be read aloud and Scholars from the songwriting program will perform their song, "Superhero." After the program, the Scholars from the Phabb5 writing program will have a book signing where guests have the chance to meet the stars of the night and purchase a copy of the anthology.

Join us for a night under the stars to empower and uplift our Scholars' voices by listening to their stories and song. We invite you to bring your friends and family as the admission is free. There will be hors d'oeuvres and drinks provided. Though entry is complimentary, we have a suggested donation upon RSVP. There is an option to donate when you RSVP.

We appreciate your support of our Scholars and we look forward to seeing you amongst the OP Stars!
